The Society of Food Hygiene & Technology awards were held at the Landmark Hotel London on November 24th 2011. Ross Warburton of Warburtons bakery was the keynote speaker in the morning. The awards were hosted by Chris Turner Director of Rokill Pest Control and the awards were presented by Simon Houghton Dodd Chairman of the Society.
The winners were:

§ Best new product sponsored by Waitrose - TFC SAN
§ Company of the year<100 employees sposored by Musgrave – Anderson Food Hygiene
§ Company of the year>100 employees sponsored by 3M – NSF CMI
§ Best trainer sponsored by Highfield – Peter Littleton
§ Best training company sponsored by Rokill Pest Control – STS
§ Best auditor or technologist sponsored by Tate & Lyle Sugars – Karen Sargent
§ Society award for the most significant contribution – Dr lisa Ackerley
Afterwards the 400 guests were entertained by Ben Collins AKA the Stig from Top Gear.
